Variable Groups

 

The Variable Group Type is a Required field ().  The user selects the Variable Group Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Variable Groups will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Variable Group Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new Variable Group Type it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Variable Group Type Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Variable Group Type). Should the user not enter a Variable Group Type and attempts to Process the information by Left Clicking on the Process Button () the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

Note:

The Variable Group field is Grayed out (Inactive) when the page is opened. Once the user has selected a Variable Group Type, the Variable Group field will become Active, and will be  populated with the Variable Groups that are related to the selected Variable Group Type.

The user can enter Remarks pertaining to this particular Vulnerability setup.

 

Variable Groups can be setup for Students, Guardians and Employee's. The selection is made by Left Clicking on the applicable tab control.     

 

Select the Students / Guardians / Employees that should be allocated to this Variable Group. Setup a Filter to display the Students / Guardians / Employees that should  be allocated to this Variable Group. When the Students / Guardians / Employees information are displayed Left Click on the Select Students / Guardians / Employees Check Box to indicate that the selected Students / Guardians / Employees will be allocated to this Variable Group. Repeat this step for all Students / Guardians / Employees. 

 

Once the Students / Guardians / Employees selection process has been completed the information is saved by Left Clicking the Process Button ().
