Batch Transactions
Batch Bank Transactions
will allow the user to
capture transactions
directly from the
bank statement
without needing to navigate to
separate transaction screens
.
Note: These will only be single line transactions
.
Bank Account
Select the Bank Account pertaining to the Transaction you want to add to the Batch Process.

Add New
Left-Click the Add New Button (
) to view the second part of the screen.

Save/Cancel
When all information has been entered the
Transaction
is
saved
by
Left Clicking
on the
Save Button (
)
. Should the user want to
Cancel
the
Add Action
,
Left Click
on the
Cancel Button (
)
.

Process Button
Left-Clicking the Process Button will process all Transactions currently shown on the screen. This can not be undone.
