Add Ethnic Group

 

The Ethnic Group  Code is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Code for the Ethnic Group. Should the user not enter a Code and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

 

The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Ethnic Group. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

The Official Code for the Ethnic Group is the Code that is supplied by the Department of Education. This is not a Compulsory field.

The External Code is a Free-Field Code that allows Unique Identification when comparing this collection of records to another collection.

Primarily used for Import or Export.

The External Code is not required

 

When all information has been entered the Ethnic Group is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
